Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your product development and supplier management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll contribute to the design and development of mechanical systems for high-speed trains and locomotives.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, maintenance, quality, supply chain, etc.), manage supplier development cycles, ensure product compliance, and maintain quality and timeline standards.
You’ll specifically take care of drafting and updating technical purchase specifications (TPS), validating products, and supporting production and quality teams, but also monitor supplier performance and participate in critical testing phases.
We’ll look to you for:

Drafting and updating technical purchase specifications (TPS).

Validating supplier commitments during RFQ phases.

Managing development schedules and supplier follow-ups during the DFQ cycle.

Conducting design reviews at key development milestones.

Contributing to product design freezes.

Supervising and validating validation plans and test reports.
-
Participating in critical supplier testing phases.
-
Attending first article inspections (FAI) at supplier facilities.

Managing technical product documentation.

Collaborating with project teams, transversal departments, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Providing support to production and quality teams during product assembly.

Managing product modifications.

Participating in tender phases when required.
All about you
-
Master Degree in mechanical engineering, product design, or a related field.

Significant experience (>5 years) in product development.

Project management skills.
-
Knowledge of mechanical architectures, interface management, materials, and mechanical integrity.

Understanding of requirements and specifications management tools (e.g., DOORS, Excel).

Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 and/or DMA.

Electrical knowledge is a plus.

Ability to take on challenges and explore new disciplines.

Proficiency in French and English.

Strong communication and conflict management skills.
