Job Title

Quality Controller

 

Measurement

Success will be determined by a variety of measurements including:

  • Business Quality KPI’s monitored and any adverse trends identified and corrective actions taken.
  • Respect the Cost /Budget of the work package / aligned with work progress Customer Satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement Alstom Quality and Safety policy, procedures, and objectives.
  • Undertake special projects and investigations as identified.
  • Carry out activities necessary in order to help achieve business safety & quality objectives.
  • Communicate Improvements to the business through monthly reviews, and presentations
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with the quality and safety procedures.
  • Report quality and safety alerts.
  • Control project deliverables' compliance through inspections - to authorize presentation/delivery to Customer.
  • Measure and improve Project quality control performances.
  • Monitors and reports on the Safety performance of the products and services.

 

Desired Knowledge / Experience

  • Technical Background with 3 years or more of experience in the transport industry (railway industry preferred)
  • Rigorous, Analytical & Adaptability.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Customer Focus
