Your future role

 

The Programme Manager (PM) is responsible for driving the Projects Governance Processes and maintaining consistency of approach within each of the Functions.

 

You will support the Functions (e.g. Engineering, Fleet, Production and Procurement) in establishing and maintaining Detailed Project Schedules for the key work pillars applicable to the Project. You will also be involved in ensuring that Project reporting and Key Indicators are reviewed and actioned as required by the Functions.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • To manage the Project Master Schedule, ensuring that all functional schedules are maintained, integrated and harmonised.
  • Ensure L1 plans are maintained and action plans are clear. Lead and support the project team, making sure they are clear on roles and responsibilities and deliverables. 
  • Ensure actions plans are maintained and required functions are engaged.
  • Lead the project CCB ( Change control board)  and maintain the CCT. ( Change control tool)
  • Support any required Project reporting for the Lead Programme Manager/ General Manager
  • Ensure specified work packages are delivered on time and to budget (e.g. winterisation, summarisation, CPVs ( Customer Proposed Variation ), ( , VOs ( Variation orders) , long term repairs and other internal change packages of work).
  • Is responsible for applying and implementation of the key Project Management Processes, applicable tools, governance and communication.
  • Support the Lead Programme Manager and General manager with internal/external reporting and action planning.
