Could you be the full-time Workshop Coordinator in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your production expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You'll manage all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) of an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager for all the operators of the manufacturing organization who belong to the Elementary Production Unit. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (quality, special processes), contributes partially to supply chain set up, quality plan validation and industrialization activities and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of being responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests & requirements for sub-contracting,  the industrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturing, APSYS deployment preparation and operators training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections) but also being responsible of task assignment to operators, intermediate Handover (EPU level) including intermediate applied configuration (= as manufactured), self-inspections, dynamic checklist, NCR, rework, missing parts, waivers/deviations, incomplete operations, closing of work orders in MES, productive & nonproductive hours booked in MES of all operators and APSYS deployment

We want you to be:

  • Responsible for time management (presence management and activity management) of all employees, and assuring compliance with the local legislation
  • Accountable for the time reconciliation
  • Responsible for continuously improving occupational safety, including that of contractors (if applicable) working for the EPU
  • Contribution to the development of the operators, which means further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes, as well as general technological and personal qualification
  • Responsible for the PMC (People Management Cycle) as per local HR policy
  • Contribution to the application of the corporate policies (EHS, IRIS, Ethics and Compliance, …)

  • Academic Background : Engineer Degree or similar
  • Previous position in an operational industrial environment, leading a team.
  • Working knowledge of: Industrial Management, Processes for industrials E2E, from Engineering to Delivery, Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, Configuration & Change Management, Lean Management Tools, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, Supply Chain/Quality processes and impact from manufacturing on them and Team Management including management of cross functional teams
