More than a job: a mission

 

We’re looking for a Schematics and Apparatus Leader  to manage Schematics & Apparatus resources (functional) and activities on the project he/she is responsible for. They will be responsible for the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project they are contributing to and build and develop the S&A technical competency within the team. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

 

Your role, your impact

 

  • Delivery of the right product (respect all the requirements) at the right moment the product consisting into the complete electrical deliverables for each baseline: Electrical architecture definition & synoptics (macro & detailed), Wiring/Cabling electrical schemes, Calculation notes (cables, apparatuses, devices), Harness wiring lists, eBOM: harness (cables, connectors, accessories) and electrical devices.
  • Applying of the Metier rules and processes.
  • Managing the S&A QCD of their project,
  • Managing S&A workload of their project and effective utilisation of resources,
  • Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance),
  • Synchronization and alignment of functional and mechanical inputs (baseline management)

What you bring

 

  • Graduate from an Engineering School: Electronic / Electrical
  • Electrical and electro technique engineering knowledge
  • Electrical CAD experience
  • Experience in activity and team management
  • Good Communications and leadership skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Structured and organised with hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in English and national language on the site.
  • Resilience.
  • Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure.
  • Continuous improvement mindset. Proposal to improve processes and deliverables.
