Could you be the full-time Schedule Production Coordinator Manager in Barcelona we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll participate in the definition of material delivery points. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, material planning), Participate in the definition of the logistic specifications to improve the conditions of delivery of the material to production and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading the team of scheduling production coordinators in your area, ensuring that they can do their job and helping them when different incidents come up in production within the supply chain (missing parts, etc.)
We’ll look to you for:
- Coordinate and control the progress of material line feeding according to the Master Production / Repairs schedule.
- Production progress follow-up
- Request for manufacturing orders according to production plan.
- Ensure the correct preparation of material in Mirror Zones.
- Tracking the situation of material failures and expected delivery dates.
- Ensure urgent delivery to production of missing materials.
- Management of requests for additional material.
- Resolution of incidents in the delivery of material to production

- 4 years of Supply Chain experience in an industrial environment
- Experience dealing with production
- SAP & Excel
- Team management experience
