Could you be the full-time Senior Project Configuration and Change Manager in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project configuration a change management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services to internal and external customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Contract Management, PM, customers, partners), ansd be accountable of the end to end CCM process and deliverables in a Low Criticality Project / No Criticality Project or Program and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of keeping the Project/ Program configuration under control and manage changes during the whole lifecycle of the Project or Program.
We’ll look to you for:
- Leading the CCM activities in a Project/Program or is collaborating with the Advanced PrCCM or the Senior PrCCM of the Project when applicable.
- Apply CCM procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that project/ program team members are trained and apply them.
- Establish Configuration Management Plan with the CCM activities and the associated roles & responsibilities.
- Ensure Configuration and Change Management applicable tools are applied and manages access rights.
- Escalate any risks / issues CCM related within the Project / Program organization and reports on CCM Performance Indicators, derives and manages actions (PDCA).
- Ensure the Development for Quality (DfQ) Gates for CCM deliverables.
- Identify and monitors the accuracy and maturity of items under configuration control.
- Prepare a Configuration Strategy and publishes Release Notes accordingly (Configuration Baselines, Target Configurations), following review with technical stakeholders, ensuring the product consistency.
- Ensure Supplier Configuration Management incl. CCM requirement negotiation and requested CCM documentation.
- Supervise the correctness of Configuration Status Accounting Report (CSAR) for each unit (i.e. As Build/As Maintained/As Installed).
- Perform Change Management activities, such as:
- Organize and leads the Change Boards, while recording decisions and actions.
- Ensure all Change Requests are complete, clear, evaluated, assessed in terms of cost, schedule, quality and risk through all the stages, with the cooperation of the
- Change Boards participants.
- Monitor Change Requests progress end-to-end within the Change Process and ensures all involved stakeholders are informed at all times.
Facilitate event management (e.g. electrical, software etc.) and transfer into the Change Management Process, when necessary.

- Graduate of University degree in any of Engineering/Project Management/Business Management or equivalent.
- Above 3 years of experience in a configuration and change management role.
- Knowledge of railway products, railway solutions (signalling, telecom etc.), systems and components.
- Knowledge from Configuration & Change Management.
- Knowledge of CCM tools (ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM, ERP, etc.).
- Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization,
- Data Management and Document Control inter-related with CCM.
- Work experience in an international environment.
- Experience in the entire CCM lifecycle of a Project/Program.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
