Could you be the full-time Methods & Process Quality Engineer in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we’re looking for?

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

 

You'll do the control, inspection and reporting of buy product. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, procuement), implement methods and tools available to the departments of the company for the maintenance and evolution of quality and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of being a key administrative role in the quality team providing flexible, responsive and proactive support to build and maintain the Quality dashboard and reporting.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams.
  • Define performance measures of industrial quality and Continuous quality improvement.
  • Pilot and ensure the consistency between the processes & tools deployed against the requirement of internal/external standards (Apsys).
  • Implement within the industrial teams, standards and process awareness of quality (self-inspection, integrated control / quality, customer feedback, ...).
  • Establish the associated quality indicators.
  • Participate in the preparation of certification internal/External with Customer audits (IRIS).
  • Initiate NCR's for Noncompliant Product and Processes and actively participate in the follow up and resolution.
  • Report Program Quality Activities to Lead Inspector and recommend corrective and preventive action.
  • Problem solving between multiple departments.
  • Participate/Lead Corporate Initiatives and/or Special Projects/Assignments as required and/or directed.
  • Support the site Quality Team on specific dashboard creation, distribution and maintenance of meeting minutes, actions and events.
  • Working closely with métier to develop dashboard and KPI to drive site business performance against annual quality objective.
  • QRQC animator in site.

  • Graduated from Engineering degree.
  • Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level (8Ds, Ishikawa, 5 whys, QRQC)
  • Emerging management experience.
  • Awareness on Products delivered in the project.
  • SAP or GSI Knowledge.
  • Experience in Quality / audit are appreciated.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge in Power BI is appreciated.
