Purpose of the position:

Manager of the Alstom Services industrialization engineering team


Organizational Report

  • Reports Hierarchically to Industrial Director


Relationships (netwoks & links)



Industrial Team, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Production and  RRHH  




Lead a team of industrial engineers to provide process improvement services at the workshop level and SES digitization.


Advise the digital business model and standard processes to implement and improve in the work centers.


Create work teams with different departments to implement continuous improvement in all areas of Alstom Services.

  • Role Key user SES application



Indicator QCD for centers to implement improvements or new models of process industrialization. According to annual objectives set for the department


Educational Requirements

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Essential knowledge of  SES ( Key User level required ).
  •  Knowledge in digital systems for production management and process improvement.
  •  Lean Management.



  • Minimum of 2-years experience within continuous improvement environment.
  • Knowledge of Delmia Apriso application at Key User level (Implementation, support and incidents)
  • Knowledge of general tools: Office suite in advance level
  • Lean manufacturing expert level
