Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineer for Tramways in Murcia and Jaen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Maintenance expertise and be responsible of securing the reliability and availability of Rolling Stock in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates.
You will ensure the maintenance, reliability and overhaul for the tramway system of Murcia ,that has 11 tramways, and the prepartion of the Tramway System of Jaen that is going to be operated with 5 tramways. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (external clientes, workshop managers and logistics), and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of proposing some optimisation of maintenance injecting technology, but also provide technical design modification within the applicable Standards.
We’ll look to you for:
- Animate Engineering Technical Issues meetings and Action follow-up
- Prepare and attend to Contractual failures meetings
- To produce clear and concise technical documentation in the form of specifications, test procedures, modification instructions, maintenance and safety instructions and technical reports.
- To continually review all Maintenance, Reliability, Overhaul and associated documents to ensure all are up-to-date and correctly formatted.
- To act as a technical expert, continuously develop expertise in selected field
- To propose and define insertion of technology as HealthHub (Catenary Tracer, Track Tracer, Point Machine Tracer, Train Tracer,..)
- Industrialize SES system (Service Execution System), modifications and monitoring of this system and its needs.
- To demonstrate business case for localisation of the maintenance activity (Corrective, Overhaul…)
- Respond to Client request received through letter or Monthly Report comments
- To support optimisation of the maintenance schedule and casualty repair procedures in light of service experience and Operations feedback including:
- Justification of inspection periodicity
- Specification of materials and tools
- Arranging and carrying out validation of tasks
- Carrying out product/process audits of depot maintenance and casualty repairs
- To support the production of the preventive & corrective & overhaul LCC, then optimisation

- University Degree of Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications or related.
- Desirable experienced of 1 year in similar positions
- English level B2
- To be available to work in Murcia and Jaen.
- Have a drivers license
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Desirable experience working with SAP
