Could you be the full-time Jigs & Tools Manager in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we’re looking for?

 

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your jigs & tools expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You'll manage the team of Process Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers or Technicians. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, support industrialization of new products in collaboration with the Product Industrialization Manager and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of organizing and bring technical support to manufacturing.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Manage Manufacturing Engineering team: define and update the function procedures, ensure the staffing of the team according to the projects firm and forecasted workload, deploy industrialization standards, methodologies, etc.
  • Support product / project industrialization: follow the progress of industrial deliverables, support the team while performing industrialization activities (ex.: P-FMEA, internal FAI…).
  • Support Production: identify needs of specific Method support, bring help during first articles manufacturing and organize and manage productivity actions.

  • Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Organization.
  • Fluent in English (B2 or asimilated), French would be an asset.
  • Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
