Industrial organization & process innovation Engineer

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Act in respect of standards, AT rules and business targets (EHS, Ergonomics, QCD).
- Simulate and optimize the global industrial process for each product
- Transformation through automatizacion or digitalization of the plan equipment ( jigs & tools )
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
In case of tender:
- Define, simulate and optimize the integration of the project in the current layout
- Identify the opportunity of improvement or transformation and the return of investment associated
During product / project industrialization:
- Propose innovative industrial mounting solution
- Define and simulate different industrial organization ( layout, logistic flow...)
- Prepare presentation of the change or new jigs and the expected return of investment associated
- Present it to the representative of industrial department for approval
- Once approved, write technical specifications
- Send documented purchase request, participate to RFQ analysis, and contribute to the business award with Sourcing.
- Lead the design of the tooling or make it sub-contracted.
- Validate the design through design reviews, involving above actors.
Other activities:
- Participates to Alstom Tooling network.
- Contribute to enrich the AT database of standard tooling specifications
- Participate to continuous improvement actions (SWIP) in support to Production.
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
- Industrial engineering degree.
- Fluent English read, written, spoken.
Experience
- Good practice of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA…)
- Knowledge in process simulation ( WITNESS; ARENA..)
- Knowledge in automation and digitalization
- Process FMEA, QRQC.
