Could you be the full-time SAP Key User in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your key user expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You'll be in charge of the interface between your site (end-users) and Regional (RBPE) / Central BPO to relay your site's requirements in order to define and improve the information system solution for your scope. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, procurement), define & control buy Material Master Data and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining & controlling Make Material Master Data but also monitoring MRP Run.

We’ll look you to:

  • Manage Internal Vendors Master Data
  • Strenghten datas sanity crossed checks & regular cleansing,
  • Measure troubleshooting service level, tools availability, as well as user tools accurate or improving usage
  • Insure new tools smooth implementation, staying alert to promptly solve any functionality issue: Ariba, Fiori, AOS, Shiptify, VMI in GSI...
  • Define & implement KPIs & targets
  • Enhance data treatment, analysis, reporting, trends & leadership skills
  • Transform & Improve the actual Material Planning Dashborad into digitalization inspiring coordinators, anticipating needs, easying relevant datas availability, managing related roadmap
  • Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools
  • Contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, Improvement & Validation
  • Manage Transversal Processes/Tools Deployment
  • Contribute to Transversal Processes & Tools Networks

  • Very high SAP knowledge (specially MM Module)
  • Very high Excel Knowledge
  • Desirable Microsoft Power BI Knowledge
  • Desirable Qlick View Knowledge
  • More data processing software will be valued.
  • Good level of English
