Could you be the full-time Continuous Improvement Engineer in Sant Adriá de Besos/ Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your continuous improvement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence by optimizing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Project Managers, Clients and Suppliers), analize performance data and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing technical systems but also provide support for maintenance initiatives to ensure consistent tracking and improvement of key performance indicators.
We’ll look to you for:

Extract, process, and visualize operational data from SAP using tools like Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare monthly operational reports delivered to the client, including KPI analysis, incidents, and service performance.

Collaborate with the project team in analysing penalties resulting from contractual KPI deviations, providing technical analysis, supporting documentation, and improvement proposals.

Use the system to provide technical and operational support to various maintenance projects.

Lead the Contnious Improvement system, ensuring its proper implementation, usage, and continuous development within the maintenance area.

Control and manage calibrated tools, ensuring traceability and compliance with the calibration plan.

Support the planning of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, working with operational teams to optimize resources and time.

Participate in the analysis of incidents, failures, and system performance through the collection, classification, and visualization of technical data.

Ensure and support compliance with environmental management tasks.

Collaborate with other departments in the preparation of different audits.

University degree: industrial Organizational Enginner or related.

Desirable 4 years of experience in similar positions.

Valuable knowledge in Lean Sigma Methodologies

Experience working with SAP, Power BI and SQL (Desirable).
