Could you be the full-time Big Data Business Operations Technician (Fixed Term) in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your big data expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

 

You'll be in charge digitalization projects at site level including anticipation of data cleansing activities, process explanation or user training. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, finance), ensure integration with other streams and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of creating and distribute new reports based on Python, Power BI, bussiness Intelligence and Big Data.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  •  Create and distribute new reports based on Python, Power BI, bussiness Intelligence and Big Data.
  • Participate on key change management topics.
  • Ensure integration with other streams for end-to-end topics.
  • Proactively monitor for data integrity; Reinforce Master Data Governance.
  • Implement Control tower approach / monitoring of usage post deployment to ensure core processes are respected; Liaise between BPO Manager and Users network to identify process optimization and/or tailoring opportunities that achieve both efficiency and appropriate governance.
  • Consolidate, prioritize and report open points.
  • Animate KU network for his / her stream at regional level; Share best practices.
  • Communicate and support all future GSI releases and updates; Manage changes
  • Ensure top KPIs for assigned stream are identified and monitored; Identify and lead changes to improve KPIs.
  • Regular update of the KPIs and the process maturity matrix.
  • Follow up and closing action plan.
  • Quick response to process issues from the site
  • Providing solutions within local processes.

  • GSI experienced person, with a sound knowledge and experience in operations.
  • Experience or understanding of RSC Engineering / Industrial processes and Method & Tools (M&T)
  • Experience in GSI and additional tools for digitalization (programing skills and Big Data).
  • Focused on continuous improvement, & efficiency.
  • Programing Skills on Big Data. AI is appreciated.
  • Medium-high english level is required
