Could you be the full-time Training Engineer in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your training and competency development expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of the Pink and Yellow maintenance contract by developing and maintaining training processes, tools, and materials. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as service teams, suppliers, and internal departments), review and develop training materials, and support the implementation of training strategies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of setting up the Training and Competency Strategy for the services team, but also support the development of a network of key instructors within the team.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the Safety culture required to ensure Zero LTA’s

Supporting the Training Manager in all aspects of the training scope of work

Reviewing and developing training materials from suppliers and internal sources

Implementing, managing, and improving tools for efficient competency management
-
Incorporating standards and processes for training and enforcing the use of standardized tools and reporting
-
Ensuring compliance with HSE legal obligations, local regulations, company policies, processes, and initiatives

Supporting training administrative tasks, if required

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering fields

Experience or understanding of working in a multi-cultural company

Knowledge of engineering principles (preferred)

Familiarity with competency management tools and strategies

A commitment to safety and compliance with HSE standards

Strong communication skills
-
Experience in the railway industry (an advantage)
