Could you be the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bangkok, Thailand we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to Alstom's growth by implementing our new global talent acquisition strategy and transforming operational performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Management, Project Teams), prepare and publish recruitment dashboards and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of tracking and managing open positions, ensuring records are comprehensive and current, but also influencing stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and culture.
We’ll look to you for:
