You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and availability of our delivered products while addressing customer needs and driving operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including the ITC team, development team, and project core team, to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also lead engineering-related tasks and manage resources and budgets effectively.

You’ll specifically take care of overseeing system testing activities and performance analysis, but also lead engineering efforts during the test and commissioning period and beyond.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting onsite testing activities (day/night) with the ITC team, optimizing system testing and consolidating test results.

  • Troubleshooting and analyzing failed test cases promptly and systematically documenting results for efficient resolution.

  • Escalating analysis results to the development team and monitoring progress until issues are resolved.

  • Building effective working partnerships across functional departments and key stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.

  • Ensuring engineering system PVI is prioritized based on site criticality for maximum client satisfaction.

  • Managing and controlling engineering-related budgets in alignment with warranty budgets.

  • Releasing weekly Failure Management Reports to the project core team, highlighting technical open issues and NCRs.

  • Providing solutions and mitigations to overcome site issues and ensure smooth and reliable train operations.

  • Leading and planning System PVI for better resource and budgetary optimization.

  • Organizing and leading Engineering CCB (ECCB) meetings on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
