Purpose of the role: You are in charge of coordinating several Supply Chain teams in your Region / Cluster.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Strategy:

  • Adapt and Deploy Supply Chain strategy & footprint vs Global Supply Chain & Regional strategy     

Standards (Process, Methods & Tools):

  • Set up standards (process, methods & tools) & associated documentation
  • Manage deployment roadmap through the Regions / Cluster

Transversal Process & Tools:

  • Identify Regional/cluster needs & define requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validation

Human Resources:

  • Deploy targeted organization
  • Deploy people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification path
  • Manage World Class Manufacturing network
  • Deploy robust supply chain culture at all levels
  • Assess key Supply Chain positions competencies and animate development roadmap

Finance:

  • Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function cost
  • Define opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiatives

 

Performance & Design

  • Set up performance KPIs, KPIs targets
  • Animate KPIs performance review with Region / Sites
  • Contribute the network design for main bids, function cost for Reference Solution & for Tenders
  • Ensure compliant on process review, audits
  • Provide support to Sites vs Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businesses

 

Educational Requirement:

  • Graduated from University Degree, preferably Master’s in supply chain management
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience of 10 to 15 years in industrial environment
  • Experience of 10 years in Supply Chain
  • ERP Management experience.
