Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and communication expertise in a dynamic and collaborative field. You’ll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our Service technicians are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to meet Alstom’s competency standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Training Managers, Trainers, Maintenance Planners, Depot Managers), coordinate training logistics, and maintain training records and schedules, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of training administration and logistics, but also ensure compliance with government safety training requirements.
We’ll look to you for:
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to plan required training sessions, including allocating names to each session, ensuring Trainer availability, booking the room, sending email invitations, tracking attendance and monitoring successful completion of training.
- Support the Training Manager to execute all aspects of training administration and training logistic as required.
- Maintaining an accurate database, tracking all training, as well as managing all competencies that have been passed successfully. This position will act as a Key User and maintain all records accurately as well as create profiles for new starters and archive profiles as required.
- Support the Training Team to distribute evidence of training completion upon course completion, as well as producing digital and physical certificates for all successful trainees.
- Maintain digital evidence of all training in an organised Share Point accessible by cross-functional teams.
- Submit in advance any government documentation required for scheduled training sessions
- Produce weekly/monthly reports to highlight training progress and completion rates as well as accurately monitor all renewable training sessions in advance of their expiry dates.
- Support the Training team in document preparation for both internal and external distribution
- Support the Training Manager to provide data for monthly reports, and regular meetings.
- Promote and support Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards in Alstom workplace.

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in multi-cultural company
- Planning background would be desirable
- Training Administrative experience will be an advantage
