Your future role
 
Take on a new challenge and apply your software engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Onboard Development Department Manager, Bangkok Thailand, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
 
You'll be in the DMI (Driver Machine Interface) team who is expected to have competence and experience in Software Engineering Testing tools, methodologies, and best practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to perform software application testing, verification, and documentation for Safety critical embedded systems used globally and much more.
 
You'll be using your analytical skills to analyze the defects, review requirements documentation, perform impact analyses and root cause analyses. You'll also will plan and create automated test scripts in Python, execute them and record outcomes. This work will be carried out as part of an agile Engineering Team based on scrum methodology.
 
We’ll look to you for:
 
  • Creation of Software Test Specifications, Test Plans, Test Report, Test Scripts, Requirement Traceability, Impact Analysis, Process documentation, and other product and safety relevant documentation.
  • Understanding ETCS System Requirement/Sub-System Requirement and implement Software and test artefact accordingly.
  • Perform root cause analyses and impact analyses.
  • Review/Verification of document and implementation.

  • Bachelor degree in Software Engineer, Computer Engineer, or related field.
  • Rounded experience in Software Engineering.
  • Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role.
  • Software Developer who has not limited his or her skill only Software developer but also has good background in Software Testing.
  • Experience in Python, test cases, test scripting, automated testing, test reports, engineering background, embedded software.
  • Knowledge in safety critical system.
  • Knowledge of Requirement Management.
