Could you be the full-time Scrum Master in Thailand we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Agile expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll foster a high-performing environment that embraces Lean-Agile principles to deliver incremental value efficiently. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll specifically take care of enabling seamless Agile practices and optimizing team performance, but also contribute to scaling Agile practices across the organization.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement) for assigned squads.

  • Coaching team members, product owners, and the organization on Scrum framework, Lean principles, and Agile best practices.

  • Identifying and removing impediments, shielding the team from external distractions, and escalating issues as needed.

  • Promoting a Lean-Agile mindset by focusing on value stream optimization, limiting work in progress (WIP), reducing waste, and amplifying learning.

  • Tracking and communicating team velocity, sprint progress, and metrics (e.g., burndown charts, cycle time, throughput) to drive data-informed improvements.

  • Collaborating with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (if applicable), and leadership to align on program-level Agile practices.

  • Fostering psychological safety, collaboration, and self-organization within teams.

  • Contributing to Agile maturity assessments, process tailoring, and the evolution of our Lean-Agile operating model.

  • Supporting scaling practices where relevant (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, communities of practice).

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.

  • Proven Lean-Agile experience, including the application of Lean principles (value stream mapping, waste elimination, flow optimization, respect for people) in software delivery contexts.

  • Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I/II) certification.

  • Hands-on experience coaching teams in complex software development projects (preferably with distributed or enterprise-scale products).

  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and coach at all levels (team, management, stakeholders).
