Could you be the full-time Software Engineer in Bangkok we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your software development expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and verifying software for our advanced systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including system architects, project managers, and testing teams), contribute to requirement analysis, and ensure high-quality software delivery, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of system requirement management, software development, and verification, but also support project management and other assignments as needed.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing system requirement analysis, defining functional decomposition, architecture definition, and software specification

  • Designing and implementing ATS software using C/C++, Python, and Java programming to support customer projects

  • Creating software documentation such as impact analysis, software ICD, and software design specifications

  • Conducting design reviews, code reviews, and developing module test cases for self-testing prior to verification

  • Understanding project execution cycles and contributing to task execution within budget and scope

  • Raising change requests to program managers where applicable and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Providing support for site investigations, site testing, and other assignments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control System and Instrumentation Engineering

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development

  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Java programming

  • Experience or understanding of railway software development or secure/vital software development is desirable

  • Knowledge of software design using multiple programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, etc.)

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams

  • Strong team management and adaptability skills
