Could you be the full-time Resource Planner in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your resource management and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient resource allocation and planning to support our projects and operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project planners, work package managers, and site management team), analyze resource data, and coordinate schedules, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of collecting and analyzing resource schedules from various stakeholders, but also reporting resource planning to both the site management team and central team.
We’ll look to you for:

Applying the company's time management and resource processes

Coordinating the collection of resource schedules from project planners and work package managers

Analyzing resource planning from departments vs. projects and resolving data discrepancies
-
Gathering and analyzing resource-related information from stakeholders and suppliers
-
Providing resource planning reports to the site management team monthly and the central team quarterly
-
Acting as the point of contact for Bangkok resource availability and capacity

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience or understanding of resource planning and scheduling

Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools

Familiarity with project management processes

A certification in project management or resource planning tools

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in using resource planning software and tools
