Could you be the full-time RST/SIG Maintenance Supervisor in Thailand we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You'll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and overhaul programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Service Engineers, HSE Officers, and Maintenance Planners), lead a team of technicians, and oversee maintenance execution activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the depot workshop shift system and ensuring safety standards, but also mentoring and supporting the team in technical troubleshooting and defect resolution.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the safety culture to ensure zero accidents and LTAs

  • Assigning workloads to staff for preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Managing service activities, including installation, commissioning, and repair

  • Conducting toolbox talks and daily safety briefings

  • Monitoring equipment servicing and auditing completed tasks

  • Ensuring availability of materials and tools for efficient work execution

  • Planning work schedules to meet maintenance guidelines

  • Providing technical mentorship and support to the team

  • Participating in maintenance plan reviews and technical issue resolution

  • Preparing technical reports on vehicle performance and improvement initiatives

  • Vocational Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or a related technical field

  • 5–7 years of experience in maintenance, rolling stock, or overhaul management

  • Experience in industries like Oil & Gas, aviation, or marine maintenance is also considered

  • Solid knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems (e.g., circuit diagrams, schematics)

  • Ability to work on a shift system

  • Strong people management skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Good communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels
