Could you be the full-time RAM Group manager in Bangkok we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

You'll responsible the achievement of RAM deliveries for the tenders, projects and programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business management of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of lead continuous team improvement, plan trainings and coach the team, nurture skill growth and capitalization

We’ll look to you for:

  • Manage/approve Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments for Tenders, Projects and Programs
  • Ensure proper application of the RAM assurance methodologies and review/validate all RAM analysis as per RAM Instruction
  • Deploy RAM Process, Methods and Tools in accordance to Central rules and RAM Instruction and propose improvements based on REX (Return on Experience)
  • Act as the RAM Process Correspondent (if no other has been appointed) and manage Process reviews and continuous improvement
  • Provide technical expertise and review RAM issues to support root cause identification and to set up mitigation measures

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering
  • Experience in Signalling and train control
  • Knowledge/Experience in railway RAM
  • Experience 10+ years in  Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) 
  • Team management, ability to allocate/drive activities and manage priorities
  • Ability to support the team when needed and to support/elaborate plan/solution to deliver
