Could you be the full-time Customer Quality and Project Quality Specialist in BANGKOK we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and safety management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and supportive teammates.
You'll be the interface with customer quality and safety teams, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrial, Supplier Quality), establish Project Quality plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of conducting criticality assessments of sub-systems, coordinating project quality communities, and managing non-conformities and safety issues. Additionally, you'll ensure the proper application of safety assessments and quality control of project modifications.
We’ll look to you for:

Establishing and executing Project Quality plans in line with contract specifications

Guiding project teams on quality contributions and providing necessary training
-
Supporting project audits and vendor quality system approvals
-
Facilitating problem-solving to reduce costs of non-quality
-
Implementing corrective and preventive action systems
-
Overseeing Engineering Quality, Industrial Quality, QMS, and SQA activities as needed

Degree in Engineering or a Quality-related field

At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality & Safety management in the industrial, engineering, or construction industry

Proficiency in guiding project teams and providing solutions

Familiarity with product quality and quality tools

Knowledge of ISO standards and their application
-
A proactive, autonomous, and influential approach with an eagerness to learn
-
Strong communication skills across multiple levels of a team
-
Fluency in English
-
Experience in large-scale railway projects is an advantage
