To be responsible for test activities for Mainline DMI Programs: 

- To comply with the UNISIG Standard EN50128, EN50129, and TSI compliance 

- To comply with the Alstom process, Development for Quality(DfQ) as an example

- To give direction and lead the international team for succesful delivery

-  Able to plan timeline for a complex system with automation strategy

- To plan test strategy to reach a full coverage in Subsystem Level, plus next level(s) i.e. System testing, Integration testing

- Able to identify Risk and Mitigation

- Negotiation and re-plan when needed

- Good reporting and communication skills

- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
