Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your program management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the roadmap for our systems and products, driving impactful R&D features, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Development/Technology Centers, Meta-program Leaders, and Platform leads), oversee the execution of development plans, and ensure the delivery of quality, cost, and performance commitments.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and maintaining detailed development roadmaps, but also managing program reviews and driving improvement actions.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Contributing to the roadmap definition of your System/Product for R&D feature development through Program Approval Board (PAB) processes
-
Proposing and maintaining the detailed roadmap implementation aligned with Solutions needs and requirements
-
Managing, controlling, and executing all program developments (performance, planning, cost, risks) in compliance with QCD commitments
-
Ensuring on-time delivery (IOT/DOT) and managing change effectively
-
Coordinating all program work packages, capacity/resource analysis, and risk mitigation plans
-
Ensuring Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions are implemented
-
Driving Program Reviews and providing QCD reports to the Platform and R&D teams
-
Proposing and driving improvement action plans for efficiency and competitiveness
-
Taking leadership in addressing safety and critical issues, including cybersecurity and major availability challenges
