To support the Turnkey Engineering Platform by managing engineering resource planning and capacity forecasting, while also leading the development and promotion of marketing materials to support business development, pre-tendering, and regional engagement. This role ensures alignment between operational capabilities and strategic market positioning. In addition, the role is responsible for Engineering Centre Workload generations for the 3 Turnkey Engineering workloads and the Engineering Director Organisation globally. In addition you will support the Director of Bangkok Engineering Centre and Engineering Director Organanisation with various presentations, budget proposals and various admin tasks.

Engineering Resource & Performance Management

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive resource and capacity plans for Turnkey Engineering Platform for Bangkok site, Saint Ouen site and Pittsburgh site including VTA, RAMS and BIM Global team to align workload planning with Sales & Opportunity Process practices (S&OP).
  • Prepare and deliver Monthly and Quarterly capacity plans which meet business targets and continually review a report in which to make improvement and make the capacity planning more efficient on monthly and quarterly review
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities across Global Turnkey Platform including manage Engineering Thailand site budget & forecast for site management review.
  • Support Bangkok Turnkey team’s activities, training, meetings, etc.

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Manage and update the project references and certificates database, including coordination with regional teams.
  • Support regional teams during prequalification phases by providing tailored project data, certificates, and promotional materials.
  • Create and maintain promotional content (presentations, datasheets, case studies, videos, etc.) to showcase the Turnkey platform’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Deliverables & Performance Measurements

  • Accurate and timely resource and capacity plans.
  • Up-to-date reference and certificate database.
  • High-quality promotional and presentation materials.
  • Effective support for regional prequalification and business development efforts.
  • Regular KPI reporting and performance tracking

Educational Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administrative, or related fields.

Experience 

  • 5+ years in engineering operations, executive support, or marketing roles.
  • Experience in rail project execution and scheduling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the railway environment and engineering practices.
  • Experience in marketing, bids, or business development is advantageous.
  • Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, compelling marketing content.
  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
