Job Descriptions:

• Professionally capture business requirements
• Create specification documents on-demand to drive digital project execution with partner stakeholders.
• Make visible time planning of digital project milestones.
• Demonstrate hands-on granularity of digital work, primarily business intelligence deliverables.
• Animate meetings with various stakeholders to deploy test & validation or solution explorations.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to deeply investigate potential causes of data integrity issues across ERP and complex interfaces of applications within the landscape.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance supply chain processes and decision-making.
• Develop and manage RPA initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain scripts for automation within SAP ERP to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Leverage AI technologies, including Co-pilot use cases, to provide advanced analytics, predictive insights, and automated decision support within the supply chain.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across different countries and cultures to ensure successful project execution and alignment with global objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing AI-driven solutions, including Co-pilot use cases, to enhance supply chain processes and decision-making.
• Experience with AI technologies, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and script automation, particularly with SAP ERP systems.
• High caliber in English business communication, both spoken and written.
• Extensive experience in Project Management Office (PMO) related to digital deliverables.
• Excellent business process management skills.
• Ability to work independently with internal customers in a remote setup with flexible hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence peers and build strong relationships within Supply Chain and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with BI & analytics tools (Python, SQL, Qlik Sense, PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automte or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight schedules and remote stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Experience working in a multinational environment with diverse sites and cultures.
