Global Data Analytics and Reporting
 

• Develop and industrialize SAP Automation script RPA for MM and SD modules
• Maintain monthly global Supply Chain KPI data and dashboards (OTIF, Hard Inventory, Missing Part, Inventory Accuracy) from different tools and sources.
• Prepare data presentations and work with stakeholders (Business Partner, Regional Supply Chain lead, Global Supply Chain, Supply Chain, and Finance) to offer detailed analyses and actionable insights for KPI presentations.
• Develop smart and efficient solutions to churn out reporting and data extraction needs to build performance dashboards for regular tracking, provide insights based on data to assist in business decisions
• Independently explore new approaches to analyze and present data
• Design and develop Analytics Report, utilizing various Data Management tools
• Support requests from different stakeholder in Finance, Supply Chain and Supply Chain for requested report and historic data.
   

Process & Knowledge Management
 

• Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Directives and legal policy
• Apply consistently Supply Chain processes and tools
• Apply best practices based and share actively with peers and Supply Chain organization
• Identify problems and suggest solutions
   

Tools / Automation / Digital Innovation
 

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Implement Process Digitization Tools - Artificial intelligence, Power BI and MS Power Platforms
• Translate business requirements to digital solutions
• Provide data-driven advice to business
   

Developing oneself and get exposure
 

• Develop professionalism by learning business practices in Supply Chain
• Develop working knowledge on processes and tools
• Get exposure to the Supply Chain organization
   

Education
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Arts, Humanity, Financial, Economics or any related field
   

Relevant experience required:
 

• Strong analytical skills, growth mindset, interested in IT
• Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise
• Proficient in English communication
• Preferred: M365, AI & Co-Pilot knowledge; Power BI, Power Automate. SQL, Python, and other automation solutions.
