Your future role

You'll share your extensive years of experience and expertise in establishing, implementing and managing the strategy for the materials management and warehouse for the Pink and Yellow Lines maintenance contract. This includes the development of new strategies to streamline processes and manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the procurement function and supply chain to establish, implement and manage the strategy for the materials management and warehouse for the Pink and Yellow Lines maintenance contract.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the Safety culture required to ensure Zero LTA’s
  • Leading the establishment and continued development of standard process implementation
  • Deploying and maintaining the inventory and materials management in Maximo/SAP
  • Primarily serving as point of contract of the Customer representative for all materials and warehouse management
  • Leading in establishing a robust Demand Planning structure to deliver excellence in this field
  • Managing and developing logistics staff for Pink and yellow maintenance contract
  • Establishing an effective warehousing strategy for Platform to control materials on site and at external facilities
  • Ultimate responsibility for the safe storage of all materials, consumables and tools for Alstom scope of work

  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in relevant roles, managing complex projects
  • Proven experience in deploying and/or managing SAP/Maximo
  • Negotiation & Leadership skills
  • Successful track record reducing and controlling costs
  • Proven Track Record of Warehousing, Logistics Management and/or Supply Chain
  • Proven experience in People Management
