Could you be the full-time Materials Controller in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies, enabling the success of our production and operations teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (planning, procurement, and operations), manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing purchase requisitions to ensure alignment with planning requirements, but also managing supplier deliveries and tracking shipments.
We’ll look to you for:

Analyzing purchase requisitions to ensure alignment with planning requirements

Processing purchase orders and managing supplier deliveries based on production, operations, installation, and repair needs
-
Tracking and shipping deliveries to ensure timely receipt

Managing the repair loop by regularly reviewing and tracking internal and external vendor backlogs
-
Sharing delivery information with key stakeholders to detect potential missing parts and manage crises in case of delivery issues

Ensuring the highest level of parts availability to support business operations

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience or understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, or logistics

Knowledge of supplier relationship management and inventory control

Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software

A Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred)

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
