Could you be the full-time Internship - GBC Operations Program Lead in ฺBangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your business and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain and business processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, digital solutions, and process improvement teams), assist in reviewing and documenting processes, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of co-leading governance activities, such as initiating cycles and coordinating with stakeholders, but also supporting digital and automation initiatives like BI dashboards and Power Apps.
We’ll look to you for:

Co-leading governance activities, including initiating cycles, preparing materials, and coordinating with stakeholders

Assisting in reviewing and documenting supply chain and business processes, including basic data and compliance checks

Supporting digital and automation initiatives (e.g., BI dashboards, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Capturing and translating business requirements into clear business and technical specifications for digital solutions

Supporting testing and validation activities

Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and basic root cause analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields

Fluent in English, spoken and written

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
