Could you be the full-time Digital Solutions Intern in Bangkok we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your digital solutions expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll contribute to transforming the way we approach analytics, process automation, and system integration. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., IT, supply chain, and analytics teams), develop technical documentation and training materials, and support solution deployment and adoption.

You’ll specifically take care of designing, executing, and maintaining digital solutions using Power Platform and other tools such as Python, VBA, and SQL, but also deliver hands-on development for AI-enabled use cases.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Designing, executing, and maintaining digital solutions across Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and other tools

  • Delivering hands-on development for analytics, process automation, and AI-enabled use cases

  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and training materials

  • Supporting solution deployment and user adoption

  • Providing data analysis, reporting, and insights for business stakeholders

  • Continuously evaluating new technologies to improve scalability, efficiency, and user adoption

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written

  • Proficient in programming languages (Python, SQL, C, VBA, etc.), Power BI, DAX, and Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for process automation

  • Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Important to note

As a global business, we’re an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in. We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.
