Could you be the full-time Material Planner Intern in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials to meet the needs of our projects and operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to manage material planning documents, monitor supplier performance, and ensure the timely delivery of materials. You’ll also create insightful reports, analyze data, and contribute to process improvement initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing material planning documents and maintaining accurate data, but also identifying and resolving supply chain challenges to support critical business needs.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing purchase requisitions and material planning documents from initiation to completion

Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of material planning master data

Following up on material deliveries to ensure they are received on time and at the right location

Collaborating with suppliers to ensure visibility on deliveries and addressing potential supply chain risks proactively

Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance and driving improvement plans

Creating and developing reports, data visualizations, and conducting data analysis to support decision-making

Implementing process digitization tools, such as artificial intelligence, Power BI, and MS Power Platforms

Providing data-driven advice to improve business processes

Developing your professional expertise in procurement, supply chain, and digital solutions

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Arts, Humanities, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Understanding of basic supply chain concepts and process improvement

Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on process efficiency

Interest in information technology and digital innovation

Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German is a plus)

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
