Could you be the full-time Continuous Improvement & Operations Performance Intern in Bangkok we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your continuous improvement expertise in a global business environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll help drive operational efficiency and standardisation across our Global Business Centre (GBC) and D&IS Operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Continuous Improvement Leads, Program Leads, and cross-functional teams), assist in data preparation and analysis, and contribute to improvement initiatives, workshops, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of supporting performance visibility through dashboards and tools, but also assist in onboarding and training improvements.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Assisting Continuous Improvement Leads in executing initiatives across GBC and D&IS Operations

  • Consolidating, preparing, and analysing data for insights and business decisions

  • Documenting and standardising processes to enhance operational efficiency

  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools

  • Supporting data quality and governance activities, including data validation and preparation for audits

  • Organising and coordinating continuous improvement workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Arts, or other related fields

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI or similar platforms

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
