We’ll look to you for:

  • Partnering with business units to align strategic roadmaps and IS&T initiatives.

  • Managing IS&T demand and driving it to appropriate governance bodies for validation and implementation.

  • Ensuring timely communication and change management activities for IS&T topics.

  • Collaborating with APAC BP team members to ensure cohesive operations.

  • Managing IS&T budgets and ensuring compliance with SLAs at a cluster level.

  • Providing consulting-level support and guidance through key IT initiatives.

  • Delivering end-to-end project management and ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Promoting Alstom’s Code of Ethics and upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology.

  • 12-15 years of experience in IS&T or business relationship management.

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience working in large organizations.

  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

  • Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, ERP, and agile environments.

  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

  • Result-oriented with intellectual curiosity and creativity.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an international environment.
