Could you be the full-time HR Business Partner in Bangkok, Thailand we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and people-focused expertise in a dynamic and impactful field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals, driving positive change and fostering a high-performance culture. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, and senior leadership), develop and execute tailored People Plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent, but also champion workforce planning, succession, and engagement strategies.
We’ll look to you for:

Building and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships while leveraging commercial insight to develop and implement a people strategy that supports business growth and success

Identifying key organisational needs and converting them into practical, deliverable HR initiatives

Rolling out group, corporate, and business-unit HR strategies across regional and global operations
-
Driving the HR data and insights function, maintaining accurate HRIS records, and creating impactful metrics and dashboards

Collaborating with HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of HR processes

Creating and championing an integrated people strategy tied to business priorities

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Experience or understanding of operating within intricate global matrix structures

Knowledge of HR principles, including culture, change, workforce planning, succession, and retention

Familiarity with HRIS systems, data analysis, and creating actionable insights

A strong track record of influencing and coaching senior leaders
-
Ability to craft and execute HR programs that advance diversity, leadership growth, and sustained high performance
-
Substantial experience in Industrial/Employee Relations in engineering, maintenance, industrial, or similar industries
