Could you be the full-time Fleet Troubleshooter in Bangkok we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

You'll provide technical support in the maintenance activity during the duration of the contract. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business this includes the development of the troubleshooting guide, training technicians, supporting various testing activities and other activities as required and within the technical capability. The troubleshooter will lead and support troubleshooting activity when necessary in order to support the team to achieve the train number required for revenue service and resolve any failures. and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of lead troubleshooting activities when required, but also update or develop troubleshooting guides.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Provide field support as required for activities such as testing and commissioning and internal tests.
  • Understand the technical issues for each fleet and sub-systems within the platforms under Alstom scope and manage their resolution, in accordance with agreed timescales and budget. Ensure the timely and effective resolution of safety issues.
  • Review component failure data to identify trends, take ownership of specific components failure modes and proposing mitigating actions / solutions. Participate and lead if required FRACAS.
  • Review, develop and maintain all the technical/engineering documentation required for the services scope. Ensure traceability and records are available in Maximo.

 

All about you

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or releated field
  • Technical Knowledge of the Rolling Stock including and/or On board Signalling, Innovia fleet, CITYFLO 650 or similar platform would be of advantage.
  • 3 to 7 years Experience in Rolling Stock maintenance and/or testing and commissioning
  • Technical knowledge in track switches, monorail track Switches and DWE maintenance and /or Testing and Commissioning would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of electrical or mechanical. Such as read circuit diagram, schematic, etc
