Could you be the full-time Enterprise Resource Planning Lead in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll main activities are to lead data cleansing operations, to communicate on changes, to perform end-users & newcomers training on processes, business rules and tools. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the and much more.
You’ll specifically in charge of ensuring GSI (Global Single Instance) Core Model (ERP processes) is correctly implemented and used, according to processes & rules, configuration and data, but also ensure the Maximo database is complete and accurate in preparation for the potential migration to Alstom GSI..
We’ll look to you for:
- Provide in-depth knowledge on local business processes
- Confirm data scope, extraction, cleanse & prepare data according to plan, validate conversions & loads
- Test new functionalities and raise incidents or defects
- Communicate on changes to local management and end-users
- Adapt / create on-site training material and documentation
- Perform power users (if any) and end-users training
- Contribute to cutover plan elaboration and execute plan
- Confirm business roles with needed authorizations
- Ensure the appropriate support to end-users post Go Live
- Contribute to functional stream continuous improvement and automisation

- Degree in Engineering
- Extensive knowledge of current practices and processes
- Previous experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation
- Continuous Improvement awareness
- Experience in end-users training
- Project Management or Change Management
- English proficiency and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of ERP system
- Analytical skill
- Teamwork and collaboration with other functions
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Including VBA or programming would be highly regarded)
