Could you be the full-time EHS Officer in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your [health and safety expertise] in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside [dedicated and proactive] teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all employees. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (site personnel, management, and operational teams), conducting inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations] and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of providing support and advice to site personnel to prevent safety risks], but also investigating incidents and recommending preventive measures.
We’ll look to you for:
- Conducting thorough inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including taking photographs when required
- Providing support and advice to site personnel to minimize safety risks and ensure safe operations
- Investigating the causes of injuries, illnesses, or disturbances and reporting findings with actionable recommendations
- Assessing the appropriateness of protective equipment and ensuring employees have the necessary tools to work safely
- Recognizing and promoting best practices and good performance in safety
- Reacting to violations of regulations or Alstom standards and implementing corrective actions
- Participating in accident and complaint investigations
- Undertaking general tasks as assigned by top management
All about you

- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Knowledge of incident investigation and risk assessment techniques
- Familiarity with safety equipment and workplace safety protocols
- A relevant safety certification, such as NEBOSH or OSHA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and produce actionable safety reports
