Could you be the full-time Configuration and Requirements Management Engineer in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll ensure that the Configuration and requirements management process for Projects or Tenders are properly managed with quality and on a timely manner. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business support Requirement Management Lead to define, allocate the requirements to subsystem as well as relevant interfaces parties, and maintain traceability to and from the contract requirements specification and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of Support Configuration Management Lead to define, manage the configuration management and change process to system, subsystem as well as information from relevant interfaces parties, establish and manage baseline based on contractual requirement.
We’ll look to you for:
- Preparation of Configuration Strategy and release notes, following review with stakeholders, for Configuration Baselines, incl. for sub-system target configuration data and ensures consistency.
- Monitors Change requests and aligns all project/program stakeholders on the changes.
- Support the Project Engineering Manager/Configuration/Requirement Management lead to prepare and deliver weekly report on the work status.
- Ensures the completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the Change requestor, throughout all stages of a change request.

- Degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electronics Engineer, related fied
- Experience in Requirements Engineering or Project Quality or System Analysis or other Project based experience involving process improvement/change management/trouble-shooting/problem solving analysis experience
- Knowledge/ experience in Configuration and Change Management.
- Good proficiency in Thai language and English language is required to work and communicate with our colleagues within our organization globally
- Basic MS Office tools, plus Project Management Tools i.e. DOORS, Rational Synergy, Rational Change, Rational Team Concert will be a plus
