We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager, to implement and administer compensation and benefits programs, application of group policies & processes, compliance with local regulatory procedures, and ensuring employee total remuneration is competitive vis-à-vis local market practices while maintaining internal equity.  You will support the business by providing ad hoc analysis and reporting on C&B matters and monitoring of total costs of employment when necessary.  You will report to Cluster HR Director.

 

Scope of countries : Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam

 

About the role :

  • Leads Total Rewards initiatives and programs for the cluster
  • Administers total reward programs & processes, including job evaluation/grading, market pricing, benchmarking and updating of salary bands as well as benefits reviews and insurance renewals
  • Advice HR teams on how to conduct job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications methodology and review job evaluations.
  • Participates in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and conducts ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
  • Contributes to the development salary budgets, including advising HR and/or Finance where necessary
  • Provides counsel and guidance to HR staff on total reward -related questions and issues
  • Supports the HR team developing ad hoc total reward analyses.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of Total Employee Costs Analytics
  • Drive competitive benefits and wellness programs, while optimizing costs and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Participates actively to initiatives and projects to improve total reward management.
  • Administer compensation and benefits tools and databases to ensure high level of data quality and accuracy

 

 

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, statistics or the equivalent in related work experience
  • Min 8 years’ experience in HR and C&B practices in multinational company
  • Knowledge of benefit programs/laws/regulations, and ability to assess financial implications of rewards programs
  • An experience in a C&B external consultant could be an asset (Mercer, Hay, E&Y…)
  • Organizational skills, resilient and able to work in a matrix organization
  • Data driven, rigorous, problem solving and strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken
  • Being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important
  • Strong hands-on mind-set, customer focus and willingness to learn and share
  • Intercultural awareness, collaboration & team work
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
