We are a growing business with a strong pipeline of work both locally and internationally, with strong possibilities for internal mobility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive talent development programs and initiatives to upskill both leadership and technical talents and support workforce growth
- Develop Talent program roadmap for the cluster aligning with APAC region and Global initiatives
- Build partnership with leaders and Cluster HRs to deploy talent development programs
- Partner with HRO and Represent HR in the workplace, build partnership between employees, HR and Managers. Deliver day to day HR supports on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, etc.
- Lead talent attract strategy via social media, university relations and other digital channels aligned with employer branding strategy.
- Facilitate talent development and review process in the clusters and work closely with other HR BPs on key talents review, discussion, and support on leadership and talent development offerings.
- Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes, and share and develop best practice across HR community.

- You have proven skills in managing various topics of HR functions and strong business acumen.

- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince others, while working in a diverse organization.
