Purpose of the role

As Cluster Finance Director, you’ll be responsible of all financial activities of the cluster, covering countries Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam; specifically ensure that all operational managers in the country get the adequate support from the finance organization. You will manage a team of passionate controllers and accounting professionals.  You will be the key finance point of contact for the operations & commercial teams in the cluster.

 

You’ll specifically take support Business and act as Business Partner in Tender Controlling, Financing, Treasury, M&A and strategy.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Project Controlling and manage Rolling forecasts
  • Compliance/Internal Control/Taxes Management
  • Process optimization with effective promotion of Group Tools and Methodologies
  • Treasury Management

  • Management School / MBA or equivalent
  • More than 10 years’ experience in Finance Management
  • Industrial expertise
  • To have exercise the keys positions on Finance as Site Controller/&/or Project controller
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Fluent business English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and collaborative skills
