Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Common Data Environment (CDE) management and Building Information Modeling (BIM) in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside knowledgeable, collaborative, and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of project data within the Common Data Environment (Bentley ProjectWise) for Turnkey projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Project Engineering Managers and Turnkey BIM Managers, to set up project-specific CDE data sources, define workflows, and manage access rights, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of implementing the project’s CDE requirements and coordinating IT solutions, but also contribute to Alstom’s BIM deployment activities and lead workshops to enhance organizational maturity and capabilities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Reading and interpreting contract requirements to define the CDE implementation plan for projects

  • Reporting risks and issues related to the project to the BIM Manager

  • Establishing procedures and methods for CDE based on project requirements

  • Ensuring compliance of CDE organization, rules, workflows, and codifications with project requirements

  • Creating business intelligence outputs such as dashboards and reports

  • Coordinating IT solutions required to deliver CDE services

  • Identifying training needs and organizing training sessions as required

  • Assessing and educating the supply chain on BIM according to project requirements
