Purpose of the job:


The CI Analyst is in charge of supporting the Quality Efficiency & Continuous Improvement team through the set-up and monitoring of performance management tools and animation of Performance Management network in Operations. In addition, he/she provides relevant analyses to support various initiatives of QE&CI



Define business intelligence strategy for the Quality métier, as well as consolidation rules
Set-up & monitoring of Performance Management tools, define adequate visualizations with end-users
Consolidate users feedback on performance management tools, integrate in improvement initiatives
Animate the network of stakeholders working on Métiers Performance, 
Ensure timely availability of Excom/Monthly Métiers Review / Monthly Business Reviews Operational KPIs
Consolidate, analyze and present high-level performance indicators for the Q&CI function


Performance measurements:
1.Delivery on-time, in quality of performance management tool modules
2.Improved compliance around performance management
3.Satisfaction of internal stakeholders (Quality MCM, métiers heads & performance managers, Quality Network…)



Educational Requirements and Background  
Bachelor / Master degree (engineering or business school) 


Experience in Quality basics and problem-solving tools.
Formal Qualitfications Microsoft 365 applications, Dataverse ,dynamic 365
Knowledge on Finance fundamentals (desirable)
Experience in Quality basics and problem-solving tools. (desirable)
Business Intelligence consultancy
Advanced user of Microsoft 365 applications – Excel, Power point, Share point, forms, flows and Power APPs
