• Plan & organize Projects
  • Plan/organize the delivery of Projects in scope and its activities in accordance with projects roadmaps, Governance process & standard IS&T operating model
  • Contribute to optimize delivery model following defined sourcing strategy
  • Propose & implement initiatives to optimize plan / cost / quality
  • Ensure that Project activities follow standard methodology, process and tools
  • Apply templates and records to document Project activities following our standards
• Staff Project
  • Contribute to define the capacity plan, skill matrix and adapt the sourcing model
  • Ensure that capacity plan for the Project are maintained timely
• Lead Project
  • Contribute to the Project/Program strategy definition in the scope of Virtualization team
  • Manage the Project plan – scope / resources and tasks
  • Manage Project interdependencies
  • Identify and mitigate risks – drive out barriers to success, escalate as needed
  • Manage Project staff by providing direction, input and feedback
  • Communicate with Alstom Partners and other stakeholders in to gain community support for the Project and to solicit input to improve the Project
  • Ensure the effective and efficient Project delivery
• Control Projects
  • Report Project status timely and following standards
  • Ensure that the Project operate within the approved budget / scope
  • Monitor all budgeted Project expenditures
  • Ensure that all financial records for the Project are up to date
  • Identify and evaluate the risks associated with Project activities and take appropriate action to control the risks
  • Use the Project evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the Project and to identify areas for improvement (lessons learned)
• Agile & Devops framework :
  • Be accountable on the hybride agile practice implementation in the Virtualization tower
  • Promote DevOps culture in the Virtualization tower
  • Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and fully engaged in the project.
  • Supporting the product owner in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system.
